Is this platform capable of locating someone if you only have the cell phone number of an individual? My daughter is missing and I can't figure out how to find her. No, OSM can't do that. OSM provides only raw map data. Locating someone via cell phone requires a judicial orders in most countries and access to the mobile phone network which OSM doesn't have. Contact the police if you haven't done already. answered 04 Feb '17, 09:17  scai ♦ |
