What is the correct way to upload incomplete roundabouts (only some sections of it) - tagged as roundabouts like in this example http://osm.org/go/zDrISwCK8- or just as ordinary one direction roads?

A roundabout is mainly a construct in the context of traffic laws with specific rules with respect to precedence, not simply a (one-way) road that connects back to itself.

It would seem unlikely that this applies to the roads in question and even if it does, there is no reason that every "segment" of a roundabout has to be uploaded at once (I prefer mapping them as one closed way in any case, but that is a matter of taste).
