Is there a way to draw road/lane boundaries or draw individual lanes?

I'm working on a navigation application that needs to know where road boundaries and lane markings are. Is there a way to add/view these?

Alternatively can individual lanes be marked separately? For example 3 lines for a road with 3 lanes each at the center of its corresponding lane.
