Can I duplicate a point with all his tags and infos? I want to add some sea sign and they have just tags.

It might make sense to mention the editor which you are using. Also, very likely, we have older question about the same. :-)

I use ID in the browser.

Just select the source object, hit ctrl+C on your keyboard, then hit ctrl+V on your keyboard and position the new (duplicated) object at the desired position with your mouse. See https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/ID/Shortcuts for more useful shortcuts.

A related question is how to copy (possibly only some) tags from one object to another - see https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/51910/how-do-i-copy-the-tags-from-another-node-or-way for this.
