Google translation:

"I want a slovenia over osm download but this does me no more a few days back and still nothing has changed on my PC everything has been successful so far, but not now ??????"

I think the author's question is probably something like:

"I want to download a map of Slovenia using OSM, but this does not show the edits I made a few days ago. Nothing has changed on my computer and previously everything worked successfully, but not this time. What is wrong?"

English: I assume the user wants to download a map from garmin.openstreetmap.nl. This site has some problems for awhile, but the owners is hard to contact. Please use one of the alternatives on https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSM_Map_On_Garmin/Download

I am a happy user of http://extract.bbbike.org/
