Hello, my question is when will the satellite data be updated in Kosovo? Because so many areas are not useable.

Most Aerial imagery is donated for our use. You can probably guess it is expensive to make. Companies will invest in new images only if they can make a profit. I met a guy on a group walk who had mapped a village in 2000 several years prior to openstreetmap. He had contributed to the fuel cost of a pilot who needed to keep up his annual flying hours, He then photographed the village from the air and mapped it. Areas of expanding economies may be a candidate for new surveys, but don't hold your breath. Cambridge UK images are I think at least 4 years old. Note most images are i believe made with aircraft not sats.
