Looks like someone deleted 2nd, 3rd, and Denver Avenues South here: https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=16/47.5573/-122.3302

Perhaps a few other streets as well.

Not sure why.

Can this be reverted?

Done - see http://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/44243311 . Can you check the geometry of http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/226137041 and http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/226137084 (two buildings affected by that change)?
