how can i change my profile name?

hi, i want to change my name to Viking59 to post it in my user page on wikipedia but i'm said it's unavailable. the problem is noone has an account with this name?

how can i change this?

OSM display names need to be unique regardless of case, as there is an user https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/viking59 you wont be able to change to Viking59.
