For example,i have lots of lon and lat points ,what i want to do is to convert it to image(Google earth)pixels at once, what should i do ? is there any people have any cherish advice or any technologies already related ? your kindness is my great help.

Yes, this is off-topic, as it is not about OpenStreetMap, so I closed the question. As pointed out by @SomeoneElse, you might ask on http://gis.stackexchange.com/ , or on http://stackoverflow.com/ . However, you'll need to provider more details - specifically, what kind of image do you want to create, how is that image specified (zoom level etc.), what is the context. And finally, what have you tried already. Otherwise you will probably not get an answer.
