gmapsupp.img missing

Using garmin.openstreetmap.nl:-

When I select United Kingdom then tick for add some extra tiles and select the tiles around Llieda and Andorra, the first email arrives immediately as usual, then the second email arrives far too quickly. gmapsupp.img is not present on the download site.

The garmin.openstreetmap.nl site currently has a problem with map compilation.
I suggest you try another provider until it is fully functioning again, as listed on the OSM Wiki OSM Map On Garmin/Download
I have been using Bbbike and they are quite good for me, but there are numerous other choices.
