Does somebody know when the sattelite data will be updated? (specially in Kosovo?)

You haven't indicated which aerial imagery you are actually using (yes most high resolution imagery is currently provided by planes not satellites). However as a general rule we do not have control of the imagery used by the global layer providers and when it is updated. The situation is sometimes better with national and regional sources, but not universally so.

In any case I would suggest checking all available sources in the editor you are using. If the imagery is very out of date if may help to point it out to MapBox, one of the operators that allow us to trace from their imagery. You should further check if there is any local imagery sources available.
