How to extract the bus routes based on the bus stops coordinations?

Hello, I need to extract the bus routes of San Francisco based on the "bus stops coordinations" from OSM by using overpass turbo. I need to present each route as a sequence of bus stops as pairs of longitude and latitude coordinations. Could you please help me for solving this problem. Thank you
