I'm trying to structure a request for OSM via the overpass api that filters based on a bounding box and uses the "changed" filter, so that I will only get OSM whos last edit is within a certain time period.

Not quite sure how to do this and wondering if somebody can point me in the right direction. I looked a the wiki but it is pretty sparse on the documentation for using time filters.
