Can two ways share a node if they do not intersect?

Can two ways share a node if they do not intersect? For example, node 2998872922 is part of way 26231131 and part of way 29509614. However, these two ways do not actually intersect: way 29509614 is just a bridge over way 26231131 (and the node appears at the lat-long coordinates where they cross, even though they don't intersect).

Is this correctly represented on OSM? Or is this an editing error?

Based on the answers already given I have updated the map - changeset 42767852.
I disconnected node 2998872922 from Freeway 29509614 and Service road 26231131. I left the node as part of way 260845588 which is an administrative boundary.
If anyone disagrees with my actions please feel free to correct the editing.
