How overpass turbo chooses the geocodeArea:* area if there are areas with same name?

Hello!

We have Provinces, Counties and Cities with exact same name in Iran for example Isfahan.

If I enter geocodeArea:Isfahan in my overpass turbo query, which area the overpass choose? What is the logic behind it? is there a method to tell overpass turbo choose the area I want using geocodeArea extended query?
