How to set iD editor to use local tile server?

I have my owm rails port and tile server, but when i use the iD editor or Potlatch 2 editor to editor my map, i find that the tiles come from someplace that i did not know, such as c.tile.thunderforest.com, tile-b.openstreetmap.fr and so on, this is different from my local tile server address. So how can i set iD editor and Potlatch 2 editor to my local tile server?
