The place i have edit did not show when use iD editor again.

I have installed the rails port and built my local tile server, I use the iD editor to add a building in a place, and i use the osmosis command updata the tile server database, so the building appeared when i view the map. But when i click the edit button again, the building disappeared on the edit page. The details can be showed on the pictures blow.

As it shows on this two picture, the number 6 building disappeared in the id editor page, as result, i can not delete it. What should i do to deal with this problem?
