how to add an image on the map

Hi,I'm arnold from Chian.Now I'm developing an project based on the id-indoor which links https://github.com/PanierAvide/panieravide.github.io/tree/master/id-indoor ,in my project i've added an image on the map but i can't add points or lines on the image(i took a screenshot to explain),can somebody tell me how to solve this?
