In maps.me mobile version there is no our café Vanilla (Belarus, Minsk, Leonida Bedy B street, Café Vanilla) but on computer it exists. Please advise how to fix it. +375296928199 Thank you.

The maps in MAPS.ME update only rarely (when the application updates). If there are no application updates pending, try a different application - some of these (for example OsmAnd on Android) do have a mechanism for getting map updates to the user quicker. You could try contacting the developers via Github, but don't expect a solution immediately. 3
They've been better about issuing upgrades recently, had two in the last month for Android. If you poke around it turns out that they generate new map files about every week. With a little manual effort you can install those on your phone. If you do that, then your maps will be fresher than with OsmAnd which is only doing once a month map creation nowadays.

1.Check the cafe' is it in the data using openstretmap in edit mode and that the cafe' is tagged correctly. 2. Check to see if Mapsme render Cafes'. that is do they put them on their map, to check see if you can find some that are rendered. 3. When was the Cafe' mapped? Have maps.me taken the data before of after that time. if you cannot find dates ask them. at http://maps.me/en/contact |
When you say "mobile version" are you referring to a particular app on a particular phone? If so, which?

Can you show us the location on OSM? Browse the map to the café and then just paste the URL here.
I suppose besides the things that have already been said, have you checked against a newly downloaded maps.me map?
