It seems as if the opening hours evaluation tool website is not accessible anymore. Just for your information. Not sure whether there is someone who can fix this.

True, but openingh-ET is a lot more powerful. You can simply copy and paste opening hours from websites and most of the time the tool was able to parse it into the OSM syntax. Hope it is going to come back...

use the (currently newest) snapshot from the Internet Archive: https://wayback.archive.org/web/20160329171112/http://openingh.openstreetmap.de/evaluation_tool/ – seems to work fine for me. Understandable, since I assume the whole logic to be client-side JavaScript.

I have notified the developer of the tool (with a reference to this question).

Thanks for the hint. The server is not under my control. I have notified the admin of gauss.openstreetmap.de.

Unfortunately, my mirror is currently also offline but I am working on it :)
