checksum error when software download earth_osm(.mca)

Hello, after installing the navigator from mapFactor I want to download and install the maps. During this process everytime a checksum error accured after downloading the earth_osm file. What can I do? Thanks in advance.

Either the downloaded file is corrupt, or the file containing the checksum is corrupt or contains the wrong checksum, or the checksum calculation is broken. Did you already try to contact MapFactor?

Thanks for your quick answer. Now I found the forum of MapFactor and try to solve the problem there.
