This is not possible AFAIK. However, you might contact the umap maintainers directly and ask them whether they can transfer it for you. See https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/UMap for the mailing list, irc and issue trackers where it is more likely to get in contact with the developers and maintainers. answered 06 Jul '16, 06:56  escada |
