This is not possible AFAIK. However, you might contact the umap maintainers directly and ask them whether they can transfer it for you. See http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/UMap for the mailing list, irc and issue trackers where it is more likely to get in contact with the developers and maintainers. |

If I remember correctly, I managed it. Go to icon key/permission, give a new owner(he needs an account) |
