How do I find routes by country?

I would like to sort routes by country or department of country, any suggestions?

Are you talking about e.g. hiking routes here or route/road numbers (e.g. in the American sense where one road can have several route numbers applied to it)?

@gavinl: Indeed you have to tell us more detailed what kind of "routed" you are meaning. Routes like Route66 in the real world, or routes given by an OSM-driven routing application, or a specific route that is tagged as a relation in the OSM data?
