How do I view the U.S.A. Earth Map with State borderlines clearly shown?

I want to view a map of the United States with the state borderlines clearly delineated on the Earth Map, but there are no borderlines on my Earth Map. Is there a way to have the Earth Map show state borderlines that are clearly marked?

Which app or website are you referring to? There are may apps and sites that use OpenStreetMap data and each does their own formatting (rendering) for display.
