How to refresh list of imagery providers.

My list of providers disapeared after I installed the Knife-Tool plug-in that I read about in today's Weekly OSM. I tried uninstalling the plug-in, reinstalling OSM and re-booting the windows 10 pc with no luck.

The update button is just to the right of the map in the dialog, the blue arrows there.

It's likely a bug either way, but if you can't pull down the imagery list anymore it's a pretty big problem with the plugin.
