I Suppose I am just being plain stupid, but I really cannot find it: having created a route in OSRM, how do I create a *.gpx file from it? Or, indeed, any kind of textual representation of the generated list of waypoints, if possible with the routing comments?

Or, if OSRM does not allow creation of a gpx file, what software can I use to create a route interactively, then create a gpx from it?

I tried both on the Windows PC at work, with Firefox, and on my own Ubuntu with Firefox and with Chrome.
