How do I create a searchable database of Public Bus routes for a country?

How do I make a plugin for a website similar to Kayak.com that can give people bus route info based on specific travel days and locations? Thanks

OSM only includes bus routes, we don't store bus timetables. For those you would need to contact the bus companies.
