not able to upload a picture in the wiki

Hello together,

I am not able to upload a picture to the data base for linking it in the wiki page, the description is following:

But I can't find the "tool" "Upload File" in the sidebar on this page http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/DE:Android , so how can I upload file to the wiki data base?

You need to be logged in the wiki first (top right). Then there is a "Upload file" (or "Datei hochladen" in German) in the "tools" box on the left side panel.

If you still cannot see this link there, then maybe your account is too new. Your wiki account must be 4 days old and have 10 wiki edits to be autoconfirmed
