Hey guys, I'm completely new at this, first of all. I've also done some Googling to try to figure this out, but have been unsuccessful. So, I have attempted to create Miracle Road in Cookeville, TN, connecting it to an already existing Green Gate Lane. From what I can tell, they are connected properly. However, when I ask OSM for directions to Miracle Road from, say, 18th St., it says to get on the nearby interstate instead of turning onto Green Gate Lane. It is properly connected: http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/409253131 Notice the 'part of way Green Gate Lane (19586834))' on the left panel. That node appearing in both roads verifies the connection. The services that provide the directions have some delay in processing updates so it should just be a matter of waiting for them to catch the update.
