Genügt bei der Verwendung einer Kachel über staticMapLite (http://staticmap.openstreetmap.de/) der mitgelieferte NICHT verlinkte Verweis in der PNG oder muss zusätzlich eine Verlinkung integriert werden?

When using the tiles from staticMapLite (http://staticmap.openstreetmap.de/), is the integrated copyright notice sufficient, or is it necassery to implement an extra link additionally?

Dort wird unten rechts das Copyright mitgeliefert - die Frage ist nun ob das ausreicht oder ob ein zusätzlicher Link ergänzt werden muss.

Um dich lizenzkonform zu verhalten musst Du auf die Urheber (OpenStreetMap-Mitwirkende) und die Lizenz (Datenbank ODbL, Kartenkacheln von osm.org CC-BY-SA) verweisen - bei Homepages etc auch einen entsprechenden Link setzen. Die Kurzangabe im Bild (abgesehen dass sie kaum leserlich ist) ist meiner Ansicht nach also NICHT ausreichend.

Vielen Dank für Deine Antwort. Leider sind die verwendeten Kacheln sehr klein, wodurch ich gem FAQ auf den Zusatz "contributors" verzichten würde und nur "© OpenStreetMap" mit Verlinkung verwende.

Welches Linkziel ist Deiner Meinung nach das korrekte: COPYRIGHT: www.openstreetmap.org/copyright oder LIZENZ: www.opendatacommons.org/licenses/odbl

Du solltest den Link auf www.openstreetmap.org/copyright setzen, dort sind alle Infos (auch zur ODbL) hinterlegt.

No, the integrated notice is probably not sufficient. The Legal FAQ says:

3a. I would like to use OpenStreetMap maps. How should I credit you?

What credit to use

Our requested attribution is "© OpenStreetMap contributors". You must also make it clear that the data is available under the Open Database Licence. This can be achieved by providing a "License" or "Terms" link which links to www.openstreetmap.org/copyright or www.opendatacommons.org/licenses/odbl.

The rest of the FAQ gives more details about the attribution. You do not necessarily need a clickable link (though that would be nice), but you need the text "© OpenStreetMap contributors", and you need to inform users about the license, typically either by linking to it, or by naming it.
