HI penegal, I would not change your tagging scheme, leave it as is and have a look here https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=17/52.48436/4.77604 the Wiki let you use all kinds of combinations. Sounds OK to me: it at least captures much of the relevant information. I also cant think of any better way of doing it now, although I share the feeling that its a bit odd.
