OSM Data License Question Commercial Use

Hello, I am creatin my own Geodatabase and I used the OSM data to enrich my adresses with lat / lon.

Is it legal to hold a business presentation where I used OSM Data within?

Is it legal to offer my customers visualization of their customer adress data, with the database that I created using OSM data?

Thank you for your professional help, plz tell me whats most important about using OSM data for business purposes.
