Why not ask your question on the new OpenStreetMap Community Forum?

Hello, guys. I'm new here.

Please, tell me: what is the policy of adding military objects and buildings? Should I avoid them or is it OK to place them on the map?

Openstreetmap doesn't mind having those objects in the database. Mappers are however advised to observe local laws when mapping. So if it is legal to map military installations in your country then go ahead and map them.
