Home page is http://www.openstreetmap.org/ It automatically stores your last viewed location in your browser cookies, so when you open the openstreetmap webpage next time, you see the same place you were viewing last time. You may also have used a link similar to this: http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=33.71528&lon=-117.7303&zoom=16&layers=M which is a permalink to a certain location and which indeed shows every time the same place. |
