How do I add a street that is located within the boundary of two villages ? For example ABC Street is in boundary of A Village and B Village. I want to have a street in OSM like this "ABC Street, A Village, etc." and "ABC Street, B Village, etc.". I'm just editing through web.

The street name of your street will only be "ABC Street", and the boundaries of the villages should be mapped independently. Then the geocoder will be able to determine automatically which village which part lies in.

Hi a look a like http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=18/50.85427/6.07593 , a border between 2 countries with a street in the middle hope it helps. Just take or have a look at the tagging scheme.
