Philippines Street names

I'm editing streets that are passing within two villages. I'm splitting them, the other one has village name on it, the other has none. How do I add village name ?

The details of the first result are shown here:

If you can use the nominatim.openstreetmap.org search to locate the details pages for a street that does show the village and a street that does not show the village, it should be possible to explain how to add the information.
