local.php Connection Buckets

I was looking for information about how to give no restrinctions to connections, Im setting up a gps service and downloaded a nominatim copy and set it up in my server.

The service is working fine, but while I was installing I noticed the connection buckets, what would be a recomended setting so there is no waittime or limit in my consults.
