I uploaded the edits made within ArcGIS to OSM. The upload tool ran successfully, but the edits are not showing up on OSM. Is there a certain time frame it takes for OSM to refresh the data? asked 05 Jan '16, 18:58  mjb17 |

Can you tell us where the edits were, and what username you made them under?
They were in the Hollister Hills State Vehicular Recreation Area. The username used was mjb17.
The only edit I could find under that user name is this edit near Plainview. Since it was made using the ID editor I presume it's not the edit you mean?
There are two more changesets under that account (36385110 & 36411014), both made from ArcGIS, but they're both empty. It looks like something didn't quite work right during the upload.
