[closed] Is it possible to track GPS of a cell phone to locate someone?

Hi I am new here and I would like to know if a cell phone that is GPS enables can be tracked on this site? If yes can someone tell me how to do it, if no is there another site that would track where a cell phone is. The reason I am asking is to see where my 17 yr old daughter is at. Thank You cwcwpa

This is way beyond the scope of Openstreetmap and something that quite a few members of the community consider an ethically gray area if not downright evil.
