In general we only map permanent features. Naturally what that actually is, is a matter of debate, seasonal (for example summer vs. winter) seems to be more or less ok, shorter probably not. If the stands/carts are always at a fixed location maybe mapping the area in question (as a market of whatever) would be more appropriate. |
