Hi I want to add 2 tags to a fence, for instance, chain_link and a barbed wire or electrified on top, after reading the Wiki, I don’t see any possible used combinations as being used. Has anyone ever used a combination like that or do I just have to make a choice for the top of the fence ?

Combinations of different barriers are pretty common near me. Personally, I'd just pick the most appropriate one, i.e. if something's a hedge and a wall, but "more like" a wall, I'd add barrier=wall and ignore barrier=hedge. You could do something similar for fence type. A quick look at taginfo suggests that semicoloned values aren't much used.
