Assuming it is GPS tracks, if you are logged into the main OSM website at http://www.openstreetmap.org/ there is a "GPS Traces" link at the top. Click on that and you will see a page of recent uploads. Near the top of that page is a link that says "Upload a trace", click that to upload your GPS tracks.
