Opening http://www.openstreetmap.org/edit?way=134818146 returns a 500 error. However, trying to edit anything else (ex. http://www.openstreetmap.org/edit?way=134818145) works fine. What should I do about this?

The browse page works. The way's been deleted, so I'm not surprised that http://www.openstreetmap.org/edit?way=134818146 returns an error.

What you should do next depends rather on what you were trying to do in the first place. If you want to edit in the area of the deleted way, try looking at the history of a constituent node such as this one. You'll be able to click on the former location of the node.
