floorplan image background/overlay

Please help me figure out, how can i use OSM as floorplan editor. I would like to load an image or svg file into the background or add as overlay. (I know the openfloorplan.org project, but its made with older version OSM)

When i try add my SVG file as imagery, the whole image dont appears.

Please help me with some examples how can i see the whole image

Could you please provide more details about what you're trying to do?

What program are you using?
Of what object/building would you like to create a floorplan?
