PostGRES Connection closes while RGC

I am getting the below error when i application perform the RGC and i do get that error too frequently.

System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was closed: A connection that was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server. at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse() at Quipment.Qate.RGCLibrary.Helper.Rgc.SyncRequestNominatim(Uri requestUrl) (Rgc.ProcessStreetName => Rgc.RequestManagerNominatim => Rgc.SyncRequestNominatim)
