Edited map through api not displayed in Map

I have installed own mapnik tile server with apache mod_tile + rails port. I have edited map through 0.6 API but it is not displayed in MAP.

How do I populate new dataset from my local apidb to mapnik tile db tables(planet*)?

Please help me.

When no suitable answer here, try to ask on the OSM developer mailinglist again, maybe there are more experts.
