Heatmap or proportional symbol map using uMap

How can I make a web-map with proportional (graduated) symbols or the correct heatmap on the base of numeric data from attribute table using uMap? I have some points with data in columns "name" and "evaluation" (numeric data) in attribute table. And I can not make a heat map depending on the data from the column with the estimates, it is incorrect with only one colour, regardless of the values in the column "evaluation". I would like to get something like this based on my data: http://umap.fluv.io/ru/map/testing-heat-map_1597#17/48.91699/2.28739 Link to my example map: http://u.osmfr.org/m/49437/ (two such layers: clustered and incorrect heatmap: map is editable by everyone).
