Not sure if my maps are displaying correctly but everything seems to be blanked out as seen in the attached image. this is my first GPS so im not quite sure but i have been trying to figure this out for day now please help!alt text

Where did you download your map? Are you experiencing similar problems with other maps for Garmin devices?

That probably isn't how it's supposed to look, but we can't tell you for sure until you tell us where you got the map from. "An OSM" isn't enough information.

I downloaded them from the recommended Australian servers. The issue was fixed by having marine maps set to off.

Great you could resolve your issue. But next time please tell us exactly where or how you downloaded your map. There are no official "recommended autralian servers" for downloading OSM maps for garmin devices. So you must be talking about some third-party service.
