I noticed a minor import in Bolivia, which didn't follow any of the guidelines for imports. User @51114u9 (main Bolivian mapper) was in contact with the original mapper, and apparently after all this time, it looks like the data licence is not compatible with OSM. He suggested removing the data. I'm just wondering whether we should do this ourselves, or bother the DWG with a small import like this. Someone might obviously undelete the data if it is not redacted.

please contact the DWG for redaction (this is no big deal) - otherwise it is still in the (then wrongly licensed) full history planet file
